Orbit IPTV offers users to stream on multiple devices only if they are subscribed to their Addon connections plan. We offer a maximum of 5 connections with each subscription that can be purchased through Addons.
You are allowed to use different devices simultaneously only if have paid for the Addon connections. Otherwise, a regular plan comes with a single connection only therefore we don’t recommend using it on multiple devices to avoid Freezing, Buffering, or Playback errors.
Orbit IPTV comes with an accurate EPG guide which we deliver to the customers. As of now, we offer EPG guides for the UK, USA and Canada only, in the future we will surely consider adding support for many other countries.
Yes, we do offer refunds only when certain conditions are met, first we will try to help you fix the problems but if nothing works even for all these guides then we can offer a refund. Another thing is you won’t get a refund once your order is placed and then you suddenly have a change of mind about not buying Orbit IPTV.
Another thing to consider, you will be charged a small amount if your plan is active for more than 5 days.
Your order will be activated within 10 minutes and the credentials will be sent to you via email. In some cases, especially during the weekends, we get too many orders the timing could be different like 30 to 40 minutes.

If you want to cancel the subscription and don’t want to have your account on our website then we can delete your account completely. To do that you have to open a ticket and provide our customer support with the email and within a few minutes, your data will be erased completely.
